Adult Health Screening at Washing Township Health Department Nov. 5
Residents are encouraged to come by and take advantage of the bloodwork packages the Health Department will offer at a reduced rate.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Washington Township residents are encouraged to attend Adult Health Screening performed by the Washington Township Health Department on Nov. 5.
The Health Department will offer several bloodwork packages at a reduced rate:
SMAC (Complete metabolic panel) = $25.00

SMAC+PSA (Prostate Cancer Screening) = $40.00
SMAC+T4 (Thyroid screening) = $30.00

SMAC+A1C (Blood sugar screening) = $40.00
The screening will go from 8-11 a.m.
Residents must complete pre-registration and payment prior to the screening date. Visit the Health Department at 43 Schooley's Mountain Rd., in Long Valley to make your appointment and payment.
