ARTSi Studio Classes to be Offered at Long Valley Arts/Teen Center

ARTSi Studio’s Winter Session begins on January 12, 2017 at the Long Valley Arts/Teen Center. Children’s classes in drawing, painting, sculpture, and origami will be offered.

Sharon Calle founded ARTSi Studio in Spring 2016, after years of teaching art in Long Valley and Morris County. Many know Sharon as “Mrs. Calle” from teaching their children at Old Farmers Road School. Since the spring, Sharon has been searching for a venue for her classes.

After some research, Sharon discovered a need for art classes at the Long Valley Arts/Teen Center.

Long Valley Arts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that supports the arts in the greater Long Valley community. It offers its shared space at 214 W. Mill Road to local groups for scout meetings, music lessons, and more.Long Valley Arts is sponsored by the Washington Township Municipal Alliance.

• Fun With Watercolor (ages 6-12), Saturdays, 10:00am-11:00am, Jan. 14- Feb. 18
• Mini Sculptures (ages 6-12), Saturdays, 12:00pm-1:00pm, Jan. 14- Feb. 18
• Origami Adventure (ages 8+), Thursdays, 5:00pm-6:00pm, Feb. 23- Mar. 16
• Crazy For Collage (ages 6-12), Saturdays, 10:00am-11:00am, Feb. 25- Mar. 18
• Paint Your Pet (ages 6-12), Saturdays, 12:00pm-1:00pm, Feb. 25- Mar. 18
