Baby's Body Found At Morris County Recycling Center, Report Says

MINE HILL, NJ — An infant's body was found at a Mine Hill recycling center earlier this week, the Daily Record reported.

A source told the Record a recycling worker found the body at a center on Iron Mountain Road Tuesday. Two recycling centers have locations on that road: ReCommunity Recycling Center and Trinity Recycling Center of New Jersey.

An employee at Trinity Recycling told Patch the body was found at ReCommunity. Phone calls to ReCommunity's local and corporate offices were not immediately returned.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office did not immediately return a phone call seeking more information. A phone call to the Borough Of Wharton Police Department, which provides police services to Mine Hill, was unanswered.
