"Bring It to The Table" Returns to Washington Twp. Library
This film and interactive project encourages participants to reach across ideological lines about issues that often divide us.

LONG VALLEY -- By popular demand, Washington Township Public Library will host a second session of Bring It to The Table on Thursday, February 7th.
Bring It to The Table is a film and interactive project that encourages participants to reach across ideological lines about issues that often divide us. Created by award winning filmmaker, Julie Winokur, Bring It inspires people to examine their own biases, listen closely, and engage in meaningful, one-on-one discourse that will move us away from gridlock and towards a stronger democracy.
Following the success of the library's first session in October 2018, the program will return with five new topics: Healthcare; Climate Change & The Environment; Taxes; Social Programs, including Welfare and Social Security; and Voting Issues.
