LONG VALLEY, NJ — Construction is underway on the new OMG Burgers and Brew restaurant, and the owners hope to open by summer 2018.
The restaurant shared pictures on their Facebook page showing the frame of the building being put into place this past week, saying they're "not wasting any time!" It is expected to open sometime next summer.
Owners Steve Bussel and Andrea Maletta-Bussel, the minds behind The Long Valley Pub & Brewery and Andrea's Dining Room, told Patch last year they hope the restaurant has someone for everyone.

A take-out window is planned so "busy moms can call in a shake and burger order before going to the fields across the street," and later at night "it can be a fun date place with a U-shaped bar for the locals who don't want to drive down the mountain."
"We love Long Valley and love our customers so it seemed a natural fit to just extend up the mountain to another location," Maletta-Bussel said.

OMG Burger and Brew is being built at the top of Schooley's Mountain where Mountain View Inn used to be located (that building has since been demolished).
