LONG VALLEY - This Monday, July 26th, at Noon, Washington Township Public Library and the Senior Resource Center will host "Lunch 'n' Learn: Declutter and Sell Your Home Fast." Presenter Tom Hollerbach, owner and licensed real estate broker, has dedicated the past 17 years to assisting seniors transition from their homes to senior living. In this insightful and informative presentation, Tom will review:

• Developing a free transition action plan to clearly define the goals, fees and timelines
• Reviewing the most effective methods to sort and reduce clutter
• Updating seniors on how the Internet has changed the way buyers are finding homes
