Fall Yoga classes are now forming at the Washington Twp. Senior Center and is for ages 14-99. For a decade or more, doctors and other health practitioners have been recommending yoga to their patients to manage stress or depression or to serve as complementary self-care for people with back pain, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, cancer and other medical conditions. The hour yoga classes are suitable for everyone, from the absolute beginner to a more seasoned practitioner, and will consist of a series of strengthening, toning, relaxing breath and meditation exercises.
Wednesday’s September 12 – December 5, 2018 (11 weeks) REGISTRATION FORM
- Beginner Mat Yoga will be held from 9am-10am Instructor Kathryn Higgins
- Intermediate Yoga will be held from 10:15am-11:15am Instructor Kathryn Higgins
- Gentle Mat Yoga will be held from 11:30pm-12:30pm. Instructor Gabrielle Sinagra

- Mat Yoga(mixed level) will be held from 4:15pm-5:15pm. Instructor Megan Drown
