Flintstones Car 'Makes People Happy' in Long Valley

There's a lot of rock and mountainous terrain in Long Valley. 

But could it be considered Hanna-Barbera's land of Bedrock City?

If you swing by the Delta Gas Station on East Mill Road, you'll expect to see Fred and Barney hanging out. 

A replica of the famed Flintstone's bottomless car sits among more current vehicles awaiting fixes from the mechanic at the location for all to see.

The car was put there by the mechanic, according to one of the station's employees, and is purely for show.

"It makes people happy," said the employee of the car's presence.
