Free Online Qigong Classes

Washington Twp. Public Library is offering live weekly classes over Zoom

LONG VALLEY - To help people stay connected and active from the safety of their home, Washington Township Public Library is offering free online programs over Zoom. This Wednesday, May 20th, at 1 p.m., Instructor Stan Cohen will teach "Qigong for Health and Immunity." Additional classes will be held each Wednesday in June. Forms covered will include Swimming Dragon Qigong, 6 Circles, 8 Brocades and other form movements and skill building. Classe will run approximately 45-60 minutes. All skill and experience levels are welcome, including beginners. Please register online so we can send you a link to attend.

Additional online programs for kids, teens, and adults are listed on the library's online calendar.
Online services offered through the library -- including digital magazines, comics streaming videos, lectures, online databases, and much more -- are listed in the library's most recent online newsletter.
