Free Virtual Cooking Demonstration - Holiday Sauces & Sides

LONG VALLEY - Washington Township Public Library will host Chef Jay Glassberg for a free cooking demonstration on Monday, December 14th at 7 p.m., live over Zoom. Join Chef Jay as he walks you through how to prepare delicious sauces and sides for the holidays. Sauces will include a homemade tomato sauce with local ingredients, a lemon thyme sauce, and the magic of pan gravy. Sides will include southern-style stuffing, duchess potatoes, and caramelized winter root vegetables. Come prepared with a pad and paper - full recipes will be given during the demonstration.
