Free Wellness Seminar Coming To Long Valley
Katie Mulvaney, a health educator, will lead a session on practical ways to nourish the body as it ages.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Washington Township Recreation is inviting the community to a free wellness seminar. The event will focus on practical ways to nourish the body as individuals age. It is scheduled for April 1, at 10 a.m.
The seminar will be led by Katie Mulvaney, CHES, a Health Educator from Hackettstown Medical Center. Mulvaney will explore down-to-earth methods for healthy living. The session aims to provide guidance that is easy to understand and simple to implement into daily routines.
Participants will also receive a wholesome treat. This is intended to reinforce the healthy-living message presented during the seminar. The event seeks to offer an energizing experience for attendees.

The seminar will take place at the Washington Township Community Center, located at 35 East Springtown Road in Long Valley.
