Green Market in Need of Vendors, Musicians

Shoppers from far and wide have been coming to Long Valley since August 2011 to enjoy the town’s Green Market, which has become a bustling hit week in and week out.

But now the Green Market needs your help, and is looking for vendors who fit the profile of what the event offers.

The market’s organizers are looking for local, sustainable products made by hand to hold a table on Thursdays from 3 to 7 p.m., April through December.

In addition to vendors, the market is looking for “enthusiastic musicians” who would like to perform during open hours. The organizers are primarily interested in acoustic soloists or groups who would have enough material to play for an hour or two.

The Long Valley Green Market is located at 20 Schooley’s Mountain Road.
