Washington Township Children: Send Your Letters To Santa Claus

Dear Children of Washington Township,

I am writing to you in advance to let you know that this year Mrs. Claus, the Elves and I have tried real hard to keep up with the Christmas gifts and I believe we will be successful! However, being that we were shut down for a while, I anticipate that we will not be able to respond to all of your letters.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has hit the North Pole as well! Many of our little elves have been either positive with Covid-19 or quarantined causing us to shut down for some time. Not to worry though, luckily the elves have recovered and Mrs. Claus and I have been staying healthy.

The Washington Township Recreation Department has made arrangements with me to accept mail for delivery to the North Pole from November 23- December 21, 2020. I am encouraging the Township youngsters to write a letter to me. Parents may either place the letter in the red drop box at the Recreation Department, or Letters can be mailed to: Washington Township Recreation, 50 Rock Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853, Attn. Santa Claus.

We look forward to delivering your gifts on time. Remember I will be watching to see if you are being Naughty or Nice! So, please put your best foot forward and be the best you can be and stay safe!

Sincerely,

Santa Claus
