Longtime Long Valley Resident Passes Away
Barry Sadloski was an avid fisherman, hunter and dog lover. He cherished the time walking the beach with his wife and dog.

LONG VALLEY, NJ— Barry Charles Sadloski, 74, of Long Valley, NJ passed away on April 20, 2017 at Sunrise of Randolph. Barry was born on August 19, 1942 in Wilkes Barre, PA. He has been a resident of Long Valley since 1971.
Barry is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years, Annette, his children Nicholas Sadloski, Nadia Sadloski and husband Timothy Lozada, and Alexandra Maloy and husband Michael, his grandchildren, Kaleigh and Ryland Maloy, his brother-in-law, Joe Gaynor, his nieces Valerie Gaynor, JoAnn Hamilton, and Suzanne Gaynor, and his nephew, Georgie Lambeck. He was predeceased by his parents Sophie and Charles Sadloski, his sister, Marion Gaynor, and niece, Lori Lambeck.
Barry was a retired service provider for FedEx and was originally the owner and operator of Barry C. Sadloski Trucking. He loved dancing, listening, and singing along to music, especially Frank Sinatra. He also enjoyed history and belonged to North Jersey American Revolutionary Round Table as well as the Washington Township Historical Society. Barry was an avid fisherman, hunter and dog lover. He cherished the time walking the beach with his wife and dog, Tucker, in Ocean Grove, NJ. He travelled extensively with family and good friends. Barry adored his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

A Celebration of Barry’s Life will include a visitation on Monday, April 24, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the William J. Leber Funeral Home, 15 Furnace Road (Corner of Rt. 206), Chester, NJ (908) 879-3090. A 12pm funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, April 25, at Our Lady of the Mountain Church in Long Valley, NJ. Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Mountain Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
