Morris County's First Wegmans Announces Opening Date, Still Hiring Employees

It's not too late to apply for a job working with food at the first Morris County Wegmans.

HANOVER, NJ— The first Morris County Wegmans has announced its grand opening date, but before that, they need to hire more staffers.

Ahead of its July 23 opening, the Hanover Wegmans is hiring full and part time employees in their culinary departments. Jobs range from service team members to lead cooks, and previous culinary experience is not required for most positions.

A culinary recruitment event will be held on March 27 from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. at the Hanover recruitment center (6 Century Drive, Parsippany). All potential employees must be 18 or older, and have flexible availability, including weekends and nights. (You can find more information here.)

The Hanover store, located at the intersection of 287 and Route 10, will be 113,00 square feet. It will feature a Burger Bar restaurant, and other ready-to-go food options.
