15 restaurants, tricky tray to benefit Long Valley program begins at 7 p.m. at St. Mark's Church.

Long Valley’s Competition Cheerleading squads are annually successful, and are looking to do the same again in 2015.
With that comes the seventh annual Taste of the Town to support the program, which will be held Friday night at St. Mark’s Church on Spring Lane, starting at 7 p.m.
There will be 15 restaurants from the area on hand participating and vying to win Best Appetizer, Best Entrée, Best Dessert, Best Chocolate, and Grand Champion awards.

A tricky tray will also be held during the event with baskets and gift items. Tickets are $40 and include a sheet of tickets for the Tricky Tray items. Additional tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Competition Cheerleader’s costs for program and attendance at Nationals in March. The teams are made up of two squads ranging in age from second to eighth grade. The teams have won National Championship titles in their divisions in the last five years.
