'Toys for Tots' Drive Open to Residents at Twp. Police Headquarters
New, unwrapped gifts welcomed over next month.
It’s the season for giving, and as usual, the Washington Township Police Department’s headquarters will serve as a drop-off point for one of the year’s best donation projects.
The annual Toys for Tots drive began Wednesday, Nov. 19, and will run through Dec. 17.
Anyone can drop off new, unwrapped gifts at headquarters – located at 1 East Springtown Road – between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in a collection box in the main lobby. If you choose to donate a gift after hours, the vestibule will be open and available.

The toys will then be transported to Picatinny Arsenal on Dec. 18 for distribution.
