Troop 236 Boy Scouts inducted Into National Junior Honor Society

In February, two Troop 236 Boy Scouts were inducted into the National School Junior Honor Society at Long Valley Middle School. Boy Scouts James Bermeo and Ryan Arrambide (pictured left and right, respectively) were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements at an event held at the middle school.

The Boy Scouts were inducted based upon meeting criteria for leadership, character and community service, in addition to maintaining a GPA of at least an A-.
