
LONG VALLEY, NJ — WMC Fencing is pleased to announce it’s 2nd Annual Fencing Camp for students in grades 6-12, will take place Aug. 7-10th, 6-9 p.m. at West Morris Central High School. WMC varsity coaches, Gladys Berardi, Sabina Orsi and Henry Crouse together with WMC varsity fencers will be leading the camp. Cost is $50 to register, which includes a camp t-shirt. Additional family members are discounted to $40.
There will be two camp sessions offered. “Fencing 101" is for those with no fencing experience. All weapons will be introduced as well as basic conditioning and footwork. “Fencing 102” is for the experienced fencer and will include individualized weapon training, advanced blade work, conditioning and footwork. Camp will conclude in a mini tournament with medals awarded to the winners.
