ZS Fitness Open For Business in Long Valley
Boutique facility offers state-of-the-art equipment.
Unlike anything of its kind in Washington Township, has officially opened, offering state-of-the-art equipment and boutique-style services that the owner, Zach Gibbon, hopes will give residents a new fitness center to call theirs.
The center, Gibbon's brainchild since his graduation from Lock Haven University in 2005, offers interior and exterior weight training and fitness opportunities in addition to spin classes and locker room and shower facilities.
Cardio equipment includes web and TV access if you decide whatever's being shown on the five wall-mounted TVs doesn't suffice. But there's a caveat: the exercise equipment must be in use (stepping on the stairstepper, treading on the treadmill) to access the connection.

Men's and women's locker rooms with shower facilities are also available, and don't look like an ordinary gym's.
"We wanted it to be peaceful and tranquil," Gibbon said. "You go nuts out here and get your work out, then come in here and relax and clean up."

The center, open from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., can accommodate up to 100 visitors at once.
Gibbon–a personal trainer before becoming an entrepreneur–and his staff also offer one-on-one training services at the facility.
