AAA Honors Chatham's DeFalco Towing

If you're a member of AAA New Jersey Automobile Club, then chances are good you know DeFalco's Instant Towing & Automotive.

The Chatham-based service provider received the 2011 Service Provider of Excellence Bronze Award for the Northeast Region from AAA, the nation’s largest provider of roadside assistance.

DeFalco’s has been a road service provider for the AAA New Jersey Automobile Club for nearly 30 years, AAA stated in a release, and cited the company's excellent customer service to AAA members in Essex, Morris and Union Counties.

AAA’s Service Providers of Excellence program recognizes superior road service providers that are innovative in delivering value to AAA members and doing more than expected to meet and exceed their needs.

"DeFalco’s has earned a well-deserved reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction," AAA said in the release.
