
Join Vital Stretch of Madison for a gentle 35-minute mobility class designed to help you move with more ease, release tension, and support overall flexibility and wellness. This guided session focuses on simple movements and stretches that leave the body feeling refreshed, supported and energized.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Chairs will be available for anyone who prefers not to practice on the floor. We look forward to moving with you.
