MADISON, N.J. (April 2, 2019) — Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomed Madison Mayor Robert Conley along with other borough officials and members of the business community to the grand re-opening of its local real estate office on March 29. Mayor Conley cut the ribbon on the newly renovated office located at 49 Main Street in Madison, and attendees enjoyed a luncheon and refreshments while touring the new office. This event was also a formal introduction for Aleksandar “Alex” Ristovic, the new branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Madison.

“We were honored to welcome Mayor Conley and the many guests who joined us to usher in this next era of real estate in Madison,” said Ristovic. “I look forward to helping all of the agents in this office to reach their greatest potential and continue to provide unsurpassed service to the Madison community.”

The renovated Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office is home to approximately 70 affiliated real estate agents serving the needs of home buyers and sellers throughout Morris and Union counties. The updates to the office were both functional and cosmetic. The state-of-the-art, modern space features an open floor plan and shared work areas, tailored to the needs and efficiency of agents who spend much of their time on-the-go. With sliding glass doors, hardwood floors and screens displaying the latest homes for sale, the office is designed to appeal to walk-in clients in the heart of downtown Madison. The new office is paperless in order to be more environmentally friendly.
