Coldwell Banker And Realogy Hold Diversity And Inclusion Seminar

MADISON, N.J. (Nov. 6, 2019) – Affiliated real estate agents and branch vice presidents from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York came together on Oct. 29 at parent company Realogy’s corporate headquarters in Madison to participate in a diversity and inclusion seminar.

The seminar was facilitated by Roderick Logan, branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Montclair, New Jersey and led by Jason Riveiro, national director of multicultural and growth markets for Realogy. The session was opened by Ryan Gorman, president and CEO of NRT LLC (which operates Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage). Gorman shared the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Tanya Reu-Narvaez, Realogy’s senior vice president of Human Resources, discussed how the focus around creating a diverse and collaborative working environment aligns with Coldwell Banker’s core values. Riveiro led an engaging group discussion focused on the changing demographics of the United States and tools and resources that real estate agents and managers can leverage to best serve their clients.
