Coldwell Banker Realty Taps Bill Gamelli As Regional VP

MADISON, N.J. (June 23, 2020) – Susan Yannaccone, executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty, is pleased to announce that William R. (Bill) Gamelli, Jr. has been appointed regional vice president of the New Jersey company’s southern region, where he will oversee 13 offices and approximately 1,120 affiliated sales associates throughout Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset counties.

“I am thrilled to welcome Bill to this crucial role managing the offices located in the southern region of New Jersey. He will ensure our managers, clients and customers continue to receive top-level service while agents are offered every opportunity to elevate their business to the next level in a positive, collaborative environment,” said Yannaccone.

Gamelli began his career within the banking industry in southern New Jersey before relocating to Connecticut, where he joined Westledge Associates, Realtors as the company’s vice president of finance. From there, he spent the next 32 years in a variety of upper management roles with William Raveis Real Estate, including chief financial officer and chief operating officer. While leading many of the company’s initiatives, Gamelli identified and integrated new technology solutions designed to assist sales agents in marketing and managing their business and was profiled in Forbes Magazine and PC Week for leadership in real estate sales automation.

Gamelli is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and has earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and the e-Pro certification from NAR. He also completed the Coach U Core Essentials Program and served as a member of the advisory council for Luxury Portfolio International from 2010-19. He has been an active volunteer in the community with Habitat for Humanity, serving on the board of directors and as president. Currently a resident of Sayreville, N.J., he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. Michael’s College in Winooski Park, Vermont.
