Drunk Driver Damages Two Cars In Crash: Madison Police
Kevin M. McCole was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
MADISON, NJ - A 25-year-old Newton man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle crash on Feb. 10, according to the Madison Police Department.
According to authorities, Patrolman Michael Clancy was dispatched to the area of Green Village Road and Stafford Drive for a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, Clancy observed two parked vehicles with heavy damage and a black Chrysler 300, occupied by the driver Kevin M. McCole, police said.
Clancy met with McCole who crashed into both parked vehicles while driving south on Green Village Road, police said. While speaking with him, Clancy detected signs of impairment, police said. McCole was asked to perform field sobriety evaluations and placed under arrest, police said.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, and reckless driving. He was processed at Madison Police Department and later released to a friend, pending a court
appearance in Madison Municipal Court, police said.
