Saintsbury Wine Dinner with Dick Ward at Rob’s Bistro

Join us on the evening of Tuesday, October 9^th at Rob’s Bistro in Madison, NJ for an exclusive wine dinner with Saintsbury co-founder, Dick Ward.  A hand-selected, four course menu has been expertly assembled to perfectly complement each Saintsbury wine selection.  Since being founded in 1981, Saintsbury has become an internationally known producer of fine Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. 

We’ll kick off the event with a pre-dinner aperitif of 2009 Carneros Chardonnay at 7:30 pm. Dinner will begin at 8:00 pm with a menu that consists of the following:

First Course 
Ahi Tartare 
Black Garlic Aioli & Parsley Emulsion 
Paired with Cerise Vineyard Pinot Noir 2009 & 2007

Second Course
Red Wine Braised Boneless Short Ribs 
Chive Pomme Puree & Glazed Baby Carrots 
Paired with Stanly Ranch Pinot Noir 2009 & 2007

Third Course 
Expertly Chosen Spread of Gourmet Cheeses 
Paired with Toyon Farm Pinot Noir 2009 and Brown Ranch Pinot Noir 2009 & 2005

Fourth Course
White & Dark Chocolate Mousse Parfait 
Fresh Strawberries
