Free Downtown Concert Series In Madison

Free Downtown Concert Series for the whole family continues with the Alex Vezza Trio - Friday, July 24th, 6-8 p.m

On Friday, July 24th from 6-8pm the Museum of Early Trades & Crafts invites guests to the Downtown Concert Series, featuring The Alex Vezza Trio. The concert is sponsored by Morris Arts and Madison Downtown Development Commission.

The Alex Vezza Trio offers a cool blend of jazz and contemporary music for the whole family. These young and talented musicians are crowd pleasers and have performed in many venues throughout the area.

The Downtown Concert Series, six FREE Friday evening, family-friendly concerts, is held outside on the lawn of the museum where picnicking is encouraged! After the concert, guests can explore beautiful downtown Madison and its unique shops and restaurants.

Regular museum admission is $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for seniors, students & children, and free for Members. Family maximum admission $13.00. Summer Season Hours (July & August): Tuesday – Saturday 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Closed Sunday & Monday.

Housed in a 1900 Richardsonian-Romanesque Revival building listed on the National Register of Historic places, the museum explores 18th- and 19th-century American history, with a focus on New Jersey. The museum offers visitors of all ages a broad range of changing exhibits, and related programs that address many facets of early American history, craftsmanship, and the diversity of trades performed by men and women.
