• Bergman Real Estate Group secures 100% occupancy at 7 Giralda Farms in Madison (binje.com) — A major Madison office building at 7 Giralda Farms has reached full occupancy, signaling strong demand for high-end workspace in town. After multimillion-dollar upgrades and 18 leases, the campus now hosts pharmaceutical, legal, and financial tenants, bringing more jobs and daytime activity close to downtown Madison and nearby Morristown.
   

• 'We Will Never Forget': Madison to Mark 25th Anniversary of September 11th (tapinto.net) — Madison residents are invited to a 9/11 remembrance ceremony this Friday, Sept. 11, from 9 to 10 a.m. at the 9/11 Memorial in Lower James Park. The gathering will honor nearly 3,000 victims, with special recognition for Madison residents lost that day, and offer neighbors a chance to reflect together 25 years after the attacks.
