Local Bank Offers Incentives, Home Buyer's Seminar

The Madison branch of will be holding a Home Buyer’s Seminar on March 24 from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

The bank's mortgage representative will be speaking about the home buying process, mortgages, advantages of owning versus renting, and several programs that Investors is offering to home buyers. The seminar will also cover reduced rate mortgages for qualified low- or moderate-income individuals; choosing the right mortgage; how to qualify for $2,500 toward closing, and the Down Payment Assistance Program, which may qualify buyers for as much as $7,500.

The bank is also offering a discounted mortgage application fee for anyone who attends the event.
