Madison Declares Itself Local Disaster Area, Closes Schools
The overnight storm was bad enough to close local schools.

MADISON – The overnight storm was bad enough for Madison to declare itself a local "disaster" area and close local schools after 50- to 70-mph winds whipped through the area.
