Madison Office Chief Honored With Coldwell Banker Award

Bruen recognized for exemplary leadership.

Scott Bruen, vice president at realtor Coldwell Banker's Madison office, received the NRT President’s Council for Managers Award at a luncheon held at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster on July 14.

Bruen was one of 17 office branch vice presidents from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. honored by NRT.

The award recognizes managers who have demonstrated exemplary leadership and management skills.

“Our management team here at Coldwell Banker is exceptional, and I’m tremendously proud of them,” said Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, in a release Wednesday. "This group of leaders has consistently demonstrated an unrelenting commitment to real estate. The have extraordinary knowledge, experience and skill and provide superior mentoring and coaching for their sales teams. The honor is well-deserved.”

NRT, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, annually presents the award among more than 850 sales managers nationwide. "President’s Council award recipients guided their sales teams in providing remarkable service that helped buyers and sellers achieve the best possible results amidst a challenging market," the company said in the release.
