Notary Service Now Available at the Library

The Library now offers Notary service free to patrons.

The Madison Public Library now offers notary services free of charge to patrons, available most days during normal Library hours.
Please call 973-377-0722 (press 2) before visiting to ensure availability of appropriate staff.
The Library’s notary service is available for acknowledging the signing of documents and for administering oaths and affirmations. The service is not available for real estate-related documents, wills, living wills, living trusts, codicils, depositions, birth
certificates, marriage licenses, I-9 forms, or powers of attorney. The complete Notary Policy and Procedures can be found online at: www.madisonnjlibrary.org
