Republicans Will Advocate for Madison Taxpayers

Local Madison Republican candidates Catalanello, Rowe and Dailey will "deliver real savings for the Madison community."

On October 27, 2019, Republican Candidate for Madison Borough Council, Kathy Dailey, issued the following statement:

My running-mate for Madison Borough Council, incumbent Councilman Pat Rowe, has been a consistent advocate for the taxpayers of Madison. In fact, Pat is the only champion for Madison’s taxpayers and ratepayers against a governing body that wants to collect and keep more money than it needs.

For the last three years, Pat has been the only non-Democrat to serve in our Borough Council, and he has been Madison taxpayers' strongest defense against over-taxation. I've been to nearly every council meeting during those three years, and I've seen Pat's responsible governance first-hand!

Close oversight by our elected officials is the only protection taxpayers and ratepayers have against being overtaxed. To protect their hard-earned dollars, Madison taxpayers must choose their representatives wisely and make sure they have the business acumen to understand complex municipal and utility budgets. Like Pat, Mayoral candidate Rob Catalanello and I are also willing and able to harness our private-sector experience to dive deep into fiscal details and administer them in a way that best enables the efficient managing of budgets to deliver real savings for the Madison community.

On November 5, 2019, please vote for the Republican slate of local candidates, Rob Catalanello for mayor and Pat Rowe and Kathy Dailey for Madison Borough Council.
