Three Cases Approved by Planning Board

The Madison Planning Board memorialized several resolutions this week, while continuing other matters until its next meeting June 7.

Resolutions for Memorialization:

• Case No. P 09-08 - Resolution granting the minor subdivision of Andrew & Joann Lee for minor subdivision with variances on property located at 194 Rosedale Avenue, for adoption.
• Case No. P 11-02 – Resolution granting the application of John DeSimone for minor subdivision with variances on property located at 397 Woodland Road, for adoption.
• Case No. P 06-09 – Resolution granting the application of Stephen McCann for minor subdivision resolution compliance on property located at 74 & 84 Garfield Avenue, for adoption.

At the applicant’s request, Case No. P 10-8, Waseem Enterprises’s amended application with variances, 103 Main Street, first heard April 5, was continued to June 7.

Preliminary and final site plan with variances for Stony’s restaurant at 20 Waverly Place, Case No. P 11-006, was heard and continued to June 7 to allow submission of additional information and plan revisions.
