Come meet Laura Zinn Fromm and hear her read from her memoir, Sweet Survival: Tales of Cooking & Coping

SWEET SURVIVAL is a collection of essays that is two parts memoir, one part cookbook. A former award-winning journalist and self-described sugar addict, Fromm is both funny and frank in this moving account of trying to find comfort in a family fraught with mental illness.
