Bergen County Ticket Wins $100K In Monday Powerball Drawing
The ticket was sold at a Carlstadt Quick Chek. No word on if the winner celebrated with an item off the Thanksgiving menu.
CARLSTADT, NJ — It may be the week of Thanksgiving, but Christmas came early for one lottery player in Bergen County.
Lottery officials announced that one New Jersey Lottery ticket matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn on Monday, winning a prize of $50,000. However, ticket was purchased with the Power Play option, multiplying the prize to $100,000.
The ticket was sold at Quick Chek #143, 720 Washington Ave., in Carlstadt, lottery officials said.

The winning numbers for the Monday, November 22, drawing were: 07, 20, 29, 38, and 67. The Red Power Ball number was 22. The Power Play was 2X.
For the Wednesday drawing, the Powerball jackpot has climbed up to $224,000,000.
