travelling planks 10 one direction (moving sideways)/ 5 push ups
travelling planks 10 other direction (moving sideways)/ 5 push ups

Jump rope - 5 Minutes
Travel squat 15 forward (keeping hips low entire time) / 5 Squat thrusts
Travel squats 15 back / 5 Squat thrusts
Round 4
Jump rope - 3 Minutes
Crab walk 20 forward, flip over and do 5 shoulder push ups
Crab walk 20 back, flip over do 5 shoulder push ups
