Motivation ... for you and me!

Spring in to motivation mode!

I am often asked how I stay motivated.  The answer I usually give is "you", you are what motivates me.   I have a group of people I train that come to me at 5:30am in the morning, not one person has the same story. There are moms who work, moms who don't, one woman has 5 kids and holds two jobs, men, daughters, even grandmothers, and they drag their butts up 4 times a week and exercise.  This is what keeps me motivated, seeing them and their dedication to fitness drives me every day.  The dedication I witness every morning is simply amazing! I wanted to share with you some photos of just a few of the most amazing people who inspire me every day, I am proud to say I know them!

Do you ever say, to yourself "If they can do it so can I"!  Well you should because it's true, YOU CAN DO IT make the choice to change your life!!!
