Christie's International Real Estate Expands to New Jersey

NORTHERN NEW JERSEY -- July 17, 2019 — Christie’s International Real Estate, the real estate arm of Christie’s and the world’s leading expert on luxury residential real estate, is pleased to announce its Northern New Jersey Affiliate has expanded further into New Jersey, and, under a new form of collaboration, will operate as Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey. Owner Ilija Pavlovic also recently expanded under the Christie’s International Real Estate brand in Westchester and Hudson Valley, New York. These moves more closely align the brokerage with Christie’s, the world’s leading art business, to serve the New York City metropolitan area’s real estate clients.

Mr. Pavlovic has opened eleven brokerages since the beginning of 2017, and today serves clients in Bergen, Morris, Somerset, Passaic, Hudson, Warren, Union, Essex, and Sussex counties, as well as northern Hunterdon county, with all offices achieving dramatic growth in market share in their respective offices. These results earned the company Affiliate of the Year recognition at both the 2018 and 2019 Christie’s International Real Estate Global Owners Conferences in Buenos Aires and Paris respectively.

In January 2018, Christie’s International Real Estate opened its first company brokerage in New York City — with an office in the prime gallery space of Christie’s North American headquarters at Rockefeller Plaza. The intent was to best serve Christie’s clients directly in the strategically important tri-state area, including Northern New Jersey. The success of the New York brokerage experience was the major determining factor in expanding this branded brokerage strategy to Westchester and Hudson Valley in New York and now Northern New Jersey with Mr. Pavlovic.
