DPW Director Being Tapped To Succeed Ed Sinclair: Report
Glen Dawson expected to be promoted later on this month. Ed Sinclair was the superintendent until his sudden death in August.

Department of Public Works Superintendent Glen Dawson is expected to be promoted to director of the department at the council meeting Sept. 18.
According to a report by The Record, the Town Council will vote to appoint Dawson to replace Ed Sinclair as DPW superintendent Sept. 18.
The department will undergo a minor reorganization to retain the same number of employees, the report states, and the position of superintendent will be left vacant indefinitely, the report states. The reorganization would save the township about $40,000 in salaries.
