Disco Toning presented by Neighborhood Fit Club

Shake your booty! Grab some toning sticks and let's dance

the night away to our favorite classic dance hits of the

70's, 80's, and 90's. This is an adults only class, perfect

for a Friday night out with the girls, just a short walk

from many downtown Ridgewood food and drink establishments!
 
*The physical workout of this class is very similar to that

of Zumba toning, so if you enjoyed that, you will enjoy

this!
