THIS IS A NON-CONTACT
CAMP
Purpose:To teach basic
football fundamentals;
blocking, tackling, throwing,
catching, punting, and kicking.
Campers will learn to build good
habits, how to develop confidence,
sportsmanship, teamwork, and to
promote safe, skilled play.
Each player will receive
individualized instruction at
his position. Education in speed
and quickness training will be
provided by
Velocity Sports Performance.
A certified Athletic Trainer
will be on site.
