Join the Mahwah Environmental Volunteers Organization, Inc. as we assist our friends at the gorgeous New Jersey Botanical Gardens with various projects along the grounds! We will be participating in a new program at the Botanical Gardens, called the Second Saturday Gardeners! We will be planting native flowers and plants and help to make the NJBG a more naturally beautiful and sustainable place! Please remember to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty, as well as sturdy work shoes or boots- we'll be working in the soil! As well, please bring lunch and LOTS of water! We'll be meeting at our favorite place, the Ramapo Valley County Reservation in Mahwah NJ, at 12 PM, and will carpool together about 30 minutes to the Botanical Gardens! We should be back in Mahwah between 3 PM and 4 PM. It's going to be an amazing day!
