New York Sports Club of Mahwah invites you to try a challenging forty-five minute stationary cycling class that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences. This class runs every Wednesday morning at 9:30am for our members, but we would like to extend an invitation to non-members to come try this Spin class in our 35-bike studio as our VIP guest for the day! *First-time visitors only, please!*
