New York Sports Club of Mahwah invites you to try a challenging forty-five minute stationary cycling class that utilizes various training techniques and motivational strategies to simulate actual riding experiences. This class runs every Thursday morning at 6am for our members, but we would like to extend an invitation to non-members to come try this Spin class in our 35-bike studio as our VIP guest for the day! *First-time visitors only.
