Luxury Real Estate Brokerage Opens Mahwah Office

MAHWAH, NJ — A high-end real estate brokerage company recently opened a new office in the township.

Special Properties Real Estate Services LLC is an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. It is the fastest growing real estate brokerage company in New Jersey.

The ribbon cutting ceremony at the MacArthur Boulevard business was Thursday.

Ilija Pavlovic, president and CEO of Special Properties, said Bergen County is a hotbed for luxury home buyers.

"As global hubs, such as New York city, continue to attract attention from international buyers, luxury home searches have emanated out into neighboring enclaves of wealth," said Ilija Pavlovic, president and CEO of Special Properties.
