Mahwah Day, Food Truck Festival Canceled
The township announced it would cancel the two popular events due to continuing restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
MAHWAH, NJ — The coronavirus pandemic will stop at nothing in its quest to remove joy from our lives.
On Monday, the township announced that Mahwah Day and the township's Food Truck Festival have been canceled as restrictions continue to limit outdoor public gatherings.
The township hopes the events return in 2021.

"Due to continuing restrictions on outdoor gatherings, we regret to announce that this year’s Mahwah Day will not be held. Hopefully conditions will permit this Mahwah tradition to resume in 2021," the announcement read.
"Likewise, the Food Truck Festival, which has become a popular event during the last two years, will also not be held in 2020. We look forward to returning to our normal programming in the future."
