The investigation revealed that Dickson used social media to make contact with children, some of whom were younger than 13, and engage them in sexually explicit conversations.

During these chats, which took place on Snapchat, Discord, Facebook and Kik, Dickson instructed two different children to produce and send him sexually explicit photos or videos, prosecutors said.
