Mahwah Police, Boy Scouts Hold Gift Drive For Paramus Vets Home
Boy Scout Troop 258 and 259, along with Mahwah Police and the Elks Lodge are collecting gifts to donate to the Paramus Veterans Home.
MAHWAH, NJ — There are still a few days left to donate to the Paramus Veterans Home through a holiday gift drive in Mahwah.
Boy Scout Troop 258 and 259 are hosting the gift drive in collaboration with Mahwah Police and the Elks Lodge.
Until Dec. 12, the groups are seeking donations of socks, gloves, hats, toiletries, puzzle books, non-perishable snacks, blankets and coffee mugs, all of which will be donated to the Veterans Home which was hit the hardest by the coronavirus pandemic.

"We appreciate the community's support for the Veterans residing in the Veterans' Home in Paramus," the police department said in an Instagram post.
